To ensure the best service possible, we pack and ship your orders only Monday through Friday. We'll ship orders within 1 to 2 weekdays from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next available weekday.


FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $150 USD or more is limited to domestic destinations via UPS Ground shipping (contiguous U.S. only). You must purchase a total of $150 USD of items before taxes, shipping and handling. Additional charges apply for express shipping.

Standard method of shipment is $7 USD for orders less than $150 USD via UPS Ground and is limited to U.S. destinations only; it may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping requests via Standard-Expedited (3 business days) or Next Day Air Economy are shipped via UPS only, and must be specified during checkout before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time to ensure same day processing. USPS Mail will be used for U.S. P.O. Box, Military, off-shore U.S. destinations, and international shipping addresses.

An adult signature (recipient must be at least 21) will be required for orders over $180 USD unless we receive a specific request upon ordering via email to waive this requirement and release NuBra of shipping-related liabilities. This requirement cannot be waived for orders over $250 USD per PayPal's request. Tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once the shipping label is created.


All international orders will be shipped via USPS International Mail, which may take approximately 10 to 20 business days after processing for delivery. Tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once the shipping label is created.

Due to exclusive distribution rights, we will not ship to addresses in Canada, Japan, Taiwan, or Singapore. Please email us for more information on where to purchase NuBra products in those countries. If your country is not included in our system, the shipping cost portion will be left blank. We will notify you of the shipping cost and procedure via email.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for all additional fees including but not limited to: taxes, duties, and fees associated with customs clearance of the goods.


Due to the growing frequency of identity theft and credit card fraud, PayPal warns us when the “ship to” address is not confirmed (generally when the shipping address is not the same as the billing address) and raises a flag indicating that there is a risk associated with this transaction. It is our obligation to verify the information via email before we are able to process the order. If we receive an order with an unconfirmed shipping address, the order will be put on hold and an email will be sent to the email address on file. The order will not be released until we receive an email response with the requested information.


For those customers whose orders are on hold, we advise you to take the following necessary steps:

 Check your record with PayPal first to make sure that all of your information is correct and up-to-date;

 Check your email inbox/spam folder shortly after placing your order. You will probably have an email pending from us.


PayPal orders that have unconfirmed shipping addresses that have not been confirmed via email within the first week of the order date will be canceled and fully refunded to the customer’s account. The customer may reorder, but will need to confirm their billing and shipping information via email.
